The Vereniging Vrienden van de St. Jozefkapel (Association of Friends of the St. Joseph Chapel) processes data of its members for the purpose of membership administration. The General Data Protection Ordinance obliges the Association to be transparent about the use of your data and to indicate which rights you have with regard to the use of your data.

- The provision of your personal data is necessary to include you as a member of the association.
- To send the newsletter, after permission, your name and email address are necessary.
- If we are not allowed to process your personal data, it is not possible for us as an association to include you as a member.
- If we are not allowed to use your email, we will send you the information by post.
- Does the association use profiling or automated decision making?
- NO. Your data will only be used for member administration and not for creating profiles or automated decisions.
- Does the association use personal data from sources other than the person himself?
- NO. Only the data you provide and for which you give permission will be used by the association.
